So we set the company up as one team covering the whole job: design, development, hosting, launch and support. It means there is nobody else for us to point at when something slips, which is exactly the constraint we wanted.

Something you can open and use every two weeks tells you more than any progress percentage. If a date is going to move, you hear it from us while there is still time to react.
We own the whole job
Design, development, hosting, launch and support come from the same team. When something goes wrong there is nobody else for us to point at, which is the point.
Built to be handed over
Standard technology, documentation, and accounts in your name. Another developer should be able to pick up our work without calling us — that is what makes staying with us a choice.
What it actually feels like.
You talk directly to the people building your software — one shared channel, no account manager passing messages along. Every two weeks there is something working you can open and try. Changes are explained in plain English, decisions are written down, and once a month we look at whether the work is doing what it was supposed to do. You own the code, the accounts and the decisions. Whether we are building something new, improving what you already run, or adding AI to it, the way we work together does not change.
