Ready to launch

Platforms we’ve already built.

If one of these is what you are looking for, you are not starting from scratch. We put your branding on it, adapt it to the way you work, and get it live in weeks rather than months.

The short version

What a ready-built software platform is, and when it beats building

Each platform on this page is software we have already designed, built and run. Adopting one means we brand it as yours, connect it to the systems you already use, adjust the parts that do not match how you work, and put it live — rather than starting at a blank page. The work that remains is configuration and adaptation, not invention, which is why these launch in weeks rather than months.

That is the trade. A custom build gives you exactly what you describe and takes two to six months to get there. A ready-built platform gives you something proven in a fraction of that time, on the condition that the way it already works is close enough to the way you work. Where it is close, this is the cheaper and faster answer by a wide margin. Where it is not — where the thing that makes your business unusual is precisely the thing the platform assumes — a custom build is the honest recommendation, and we will make it.

Everything else about the engagement matches a custom project: you own the accounts and the data, the code is in your name, and you can take it elsewhere. A platform being pre-built does not make it something you rent from us.

Questions

Cost, branding and what you own.

What people ask before booking a walkthrough.

Is a ready-built platform cheaper than custom software?

Almost always, because the design and the core engineering are already done. You pay for branding, configuration, integration with your existing systems and any capability the platform does not yet have — typically a fraction of building the same thing from a blank page.

How long does it take to launch one of these platforms?

Three to eight weeks for most, depending on how much has to connect to systems you already run. A single-location restaurant ordering system is at the fast end; a multi-branch delivery operation with rider logistics sits at the slow end.

Will it look like our brand or like your product?

Yours. Colours, logo, typography, wording, domain and app store listing are all changed to your brand — customers see your business, not ours. Nothing in the interface identifies the platform as something adapted rather than built for you.

What if the platform does not do something we need?

We build it, and quote it separately so you can decide. That is the normal path — most adoptions include at least one addition. If the gap turns out to be fundamental to how you operate, we will tell you a custom build is the better purchase.

Can we see it working before we commit?

Yes. A 30-minute walkthrough of the real platform, not a slide deck — you drive, we answer. Afterwards you get a straight answer on what adapting it to your business would involve, cost and take, in writing within 48 hours.

Do we own it, or are we renting from you?

You own the deployment, the data, the domain and the accounts, and the code sits in a repository in your name. The monthly fee covers hosting, support and updates — it is not a licence you lose the software without.
