Customer & Sales CRM
A customer and sales system that does the administrative half of the job itself: capturing enquiries, ranking them on your own history of what closes, drafting follow-ups for your team to review, and showing a forecast based on how deals are really moving.

What you get on day one.
Every enquiry in one place
Web forms, email, phone and chat all landing in the same pipeline, so nothing sits unanswered in someone’s inbox.
Ranked by what actually closes
Scored against your own won and lost history rather than a generic template, and re-learned as more deals close.
Follow-ups drafted for you
Written in your tone with the context of the conversation, ready for a person to read and send. Never sent unattended.
A forecast you can defend
Based on how deals are moving rather than how optimistic the team is feeling, with the assumptions shown.

How it works commercially
Configured to your sales stages and existing enquiry sources, with your historical data imported where it exists. Indicative only — pricing follows a scoping call.
How adopting Customer & Sales CRM works.
Four steps from a first walkthrough to a live platform with your branding on it. Most of the elapsed time is decisions about how you work, not development.
- 1
A walkthrough of the working platform
Thirty minutes on the real product rather than a slide deck. You drive, we answer, and you leave knowing whether the way it works resembles the way you work — which is the only question that matters at this stage.
- 2
A written scope within 48 hours
What we would brand, what we would configure, what would need building because the platform does not do it yet, and what each part costs. In writing, so you can take it to whoever approves the spend.
- 3
Branding, configuration and integration
Your logo, colours, wording and domain go on, the platform is configured to your rules, and it is connected to the systems you already run. This is the bulk of the elapsed time, and most of it is decisions rather than code.

Launch, training and support
We go live with a tested way back, train the people who will use it daily, and hand over written documentation. From there a monthly arrangement covers hosting, updates and changes — or you take it on yourself.
What people ask about Customer & Sales CRM.
How is this different from a normal CRM?
A normal CRM records what your team types into it. This one does the administrative half itself: capturing enquiries from wherever they arrive, ranking them against your own history of what closes, and drafting the follow-up for a person to review and send.
Can we bring our existing customer data across?
Yes. Historical contacts, deals and notes are imported where they exist in a usable form, and we configure the pipeline to your real sales stages rather than a generic set. Messy data is normal and is cleaned as part of the setup.
Does the AI contact customers without us seeing it?
No. Follow-ups are drafted and queued for a person to approve, edit or discard. Sales relationships are exactly the place where an unreviewed automated message does the most damage, so approval is on by default and stays that way unless you turn it off.
How accurate is the forecast?
It is based on how your deals have actually moved rather than on what a salesperson estimated, which makes it more honest and often less flattering. It gets meaningfully better after a few months of your own data, and we say so up front.
