- Communications — correspondence you exchange with us by email or during a call.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry details to respond to you and to prepare a proposal — our lawful basis is the steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract. Technical data is processed under legitimate interests, specifically keeping the site secure and available.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a contract is signed, in which case records are retained for the period required by contract and tax law. Server logs are retained for 90 days.
Who we share it with
We share data only with processors that help us operate: our hosting provider, our email provider and our CRM. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights under GDPR and UK GDPR
If you are in the UK, the EU or the EEA, you have the right to access, correct, erase, port or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
