Get the first working version of your product in front of real users in weeks, without building the wrong thing first.

The problem and the outcome

The problem

You have an idea and a budget that will not survive a year of building. Every quote you have had is for the finished product, and nobody will commit to putting something in front of users this quarter.

The outcome

A working product real customers can use, launched in weeks, with evidence about what they actually do with it — and a codebase you can keep building on instead of restarting.

What you can build

Things we build under this service.

Not an exhaustive list — if what you need is close to something here, it is worth asking.

  • Scoping the smallest version that is genuinely useful
  • Clickable prototype before any production code is written
  • The core journey built properly — signup, the main job, payment
  • Analytics and feedback capture from day one
  • App store or web launch, including the submission process
  • A prioritised list of what to build next, based on usage
  • Investor-ready demo environment when you need one
  • A clean path from MVP to full product, without a rewrite
What's included

What comes as standard.

  • Ruthless about scope

The hard part of an MVP is deciding what to leave out. We push back on features that can wait, in writing, so the launch date survives.

  • Real users, not a demo

It handles real signups, real data and real payments. A prototype that cannot take money teaches you very little.

  • You find out what happens

Instrumented from the first release, so the next decision is made on what people did rather than on what everyone assumed.

  • Not a throwaway

Built on foundations meant to be extended. Fast does not have to mean disposable, and rebuilding from scratch at month six is the expensive outcome.

Typical stack

  • 8–12 weeks
  • Fixed scope
  • Real users
  • Built to extend
A typical project

SaaS Product Build

A subscription product taken from idea to paying customers: the application itself, the sign-up and billing around it, and hosting that holds up as usage grows.

Questions

What people ask us first.

How long does an MVP take?

Most land between 8 and 12 weeks from kickoff to real users. What moves that number is scope, not team size — which is why we spend the first week arguing about what to leave out.

What does it cost?

MVPs are quoted as a fixed scope for a fixed price, so you know the number before committing. You get scope, timeline and price in writing within 48 hours of the first call.

Will we have to rebuild it later?

Not if it is built properly. We cut features, not engineering standards. The shortcuts we take are in scope; the ones we refuse to take are in the foundations.

Do we own the code?

Entirely, from the first commit — code, accounts, domain and data. That is written into the contract, and it matters more than usual when you are raising money against it.

Want a price for this?

Tell us what you need and we will send scope, timeline and cost for your mvp development project within 48 hours. No obligation either way.
